Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions

At Fingerprinting Solutions Plus, we are committed to providing clear information about our services. Before scheduling your fingerprinting appointment, please review the following terms and conditions. By proceeding, you agree to the following:

  1. All Sales are Final: All fingerprinting services are nonrefundable once an appointment is scheduled. This policy applies to all services, including in-office, mobile, expedited services, and any exceptional circumstances.
  2. Client’s Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have all the documentation required for fingerprinting. We are not responsible for verifying the documentation needed for third-party requirements, such as background checks or licensing.
  3. No Refunds for Missed Appointments: If you or any party involved in the appointment misses the scheduled time or decides not to proceed, no refunds will be issued.
  4. Estimated Processing Times: All processing times, including expedited services, are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as volume, weather, or system delays may affect timing. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  5. No Refunds for Delays: We do not offer refunds or discounts due to processing delays related to third-party agencies or unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Payment Responsibility: The person who schedules and pays for the fingerprinting appointment is responsible for the full fee. All payments must be settled at the time of the appointment.
  7. Nonrefundable Fees for Change of Mind: If a client or any participating individual changes their mind after the appointment is scheduled, all fees are nonrefundable, and balances remain due.
  8. Compliance and Reprints: In rare cases, fingerprints may not meet the requirements of a requesting agency. Additional fees may apply if a reprint is required due to factors beyond our control.
  9. Additional Services: If additional services are requested after the initial appointment (such as Apostille services or background checks), these will incur separate charges and are nonrefundable once completed.
  10. Outstanding Balances: All payments are due at the time of service. Unpaid balances may result in further action to collect any outstanding fees.
